Crews remain busy!
At 12:19PM The West Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched to a smoke investigation in the area of the Exton Train Station. Chief 6 arrived to find a working brush fire, approximately 200x100’ and spreading rapidly. Additional brush and ATV’s were requested from First West Chester Fire Co., Engine Co. 51, Goshen Fire Company, and East Brandywine Fire Company. Along with both engines from Lionville Fire Company and OFC 17-9. Crews worked to stop the spread and extinguish the fire. Units cleared and returned to station just after 2PM.
